There he goes again! Carlos named the sexiest man at 44 by People Magazine!!

Remember... In 2003, Carlos was named one of People Mag “ 50 Most Beautiful People ”; this year, the magazine has just published a “sexy at every age” men's ranking, and who has been named the sexiest man at 44?! Carlos Bernard, do you know him? So I want this to be perfectly clear, People Mag is great and has very good taste...

But a question remains unresolved -oh btw this is not the only one ... but let’ s get back to the subject at hand – so the question is : What happened between 2003 and 2006?! Let me guess, the magazine didn’t exist anymore or it didn't published any ranking?! ... This is the only conceivable answer to me.
